Directions:
 Located one mile north of the traffic light in Seven Points on Hwy 274
 
From Dallas:
1, Take Hwy 175 South past Kaufman, until you come to Kemp.
2. At Kemp, take Hwy 274 south for 9 miles. CCBC will be on the right. (If you come to the traffic light in Seven Points, you have gone one mile too far)
 
From Corsicana:
1. Take I-45 North
2. Exit FM 1603, turn right (east) and go through Chatfield until the road dead ends into FM 1129
3. Turn left onto FM 1129 (heading north). This road will turn into  Hwy 85. Continue on this road until you come to the traffic light in Seven Points.
4. Turn left (north) onto Hwy 274. CCBC will be 1 mile north on the left.
 
From Athens:
1. Take Hwy 175 north through Eustace, until you come to the exit for Hwy 334
2. Turn left (west) on Hwy 334, go through Gun Barrel City, crossing the lake until you come to the traffic light in Seven Points.
3. Turn right (north) onto Hwy 274. CCBC  will be one mile north on the left.
